Last Breath is a rogue-like survival horror game set in suburban Australia, where six random individuals have been abducted by an experienced serial killer and held captive in a facility underneath his house. The objective of the game is to escape from the underground facility, through the basement and out of the house. You will have six chances to make one successful escape attempt to save the remaining victims. However, be mindful that your actions may inadvertently result in the death of the victims.
As Project Lead, I directed the overall game concept and delegated tasks to the team. My contributions towards this project included the overall level design, audio programming through FMOD, and marketing the game using social media posts, physical branding materials and devlogs.
This project took 24 weeks to conceptualise, document, develop in-engine and market. This project was completed alongside Michael Moutafis, Lachlan Phillips, Nathan Nilsen, Chloe Millar and Zachary D'Alo.
